Now, there are a lot of designers on the scene and if their designs don't catch my eye I'll probably forget them within the second but this was not the case with Stephane Rolland...
You see, the first time I heard of him was when I shared my favorites at the Cannes Festival 2011 (Shame,Shame,Shame....I Know)...The dress Cheryl Cole is wearing is one of his pieces...
I loved the dress so much that I had to see more...And so, I had to share...
