 Floppy hats give such a diva vibe, I don't know why I don't wear them more often.. It really complements this Alcott top.. Off the shoulder is so glam, I love it! 

Two items that seem so simple, an off the shoulder top and a mini skirt, can make such a cute outfit.. I love how feminine it all looks and the belt just tied everything together.. At times, black and white can be such a harsh contrast but by adding the right accessory, it can tie in perfectly!
