2012 Golden Globes - Best & Worst Dressed!*

16.1.12
Best Dressed!*

Rooney Mara in Nina Ricci - Not much to be said, fits her personality, simple but with character!*

Jessica Alba in Gucci - Her accessories are perfectly matched with her beautifully beaded gown and she has a gorgeous glow...Perfection!*

Debra Messing in Monique Lhullier - A gorgeous dramatic gown worn well!*

Angelina Jolie in Atelier Versace - At first glance I didn't like the color combination but I have to admit that she looks stunning and the dress fits her like a glove!*

Claire Danes in J. Mendel - One word: Elegant!*

Charlize Theron in Dior - So soft and sweet, there's something very dreamy and fairy tale about her dress and the way it was styled...Needless to say, she looks amazing!*

Helen Mirren in Badgley Mischka - Very sophisticated, classy and age-appropriate...Love how playful yet stunning she looks!*

Paula Patton in Monique Lhullier - So bright, so gorgeous yet elegant at the same time...Love the dynamic pop of color which she wears very well!*

Salma Hayek in Gucci - Something about the dress just screams perfection...she stands out yet the dress is somewhat subtle, beautiful!*

Worst dressed!*
Nicole Kidman in Versace - The dress looks like something they wanted in the H&M collection which didn't quite fit...It doesn't match the Golden Globes red carpet...The studs make it too edgy and the straps with the cut-outs at the cleavage make it too sexy instead of elegant!*

Zooey Deschanel in Prada - The dress looks like a top and skirt put together with a necklace thrown over it...It's just not flattering and her hair doesn't help!*

Michelle Williams in Jason Wu - The velvet and the design of the dress are not age-appropriate...She looks too mature and boring!*

Sarah Michelle Gellar in Monique Lhullier - First thought when I saw her: Oh No! The ocean threw up on her...As much as I love Monique Lhullier gowns and appreciate the art on the gown, it's just not red carpet material to me...It's not the gown though, it's the watercolor print!*

Lea Michelle in Marchesa - If the dress was shorter I would've thought she's little miss ice skater...I understand the intention but the top of the dress looks like she hit a bird on her way to the red carpet...The lower part looks o.k though!*
